Don't Want To Leave

We have been here for a few months. I got to enjoy the pool for a few weeks before it closed, and it was fantastic. We use ... the dog park frequently and greatly appreciate the clean-up bag stations throughout the community. Besides some delayed maintenance items, we haven't had any issues. Highly recommend Hannah in the leasing office. She is a kind soul and truly an asset to the community. She has been nothing but helpful and inviting. I have no complaints about the community at large. It's a quiet, respectful place overall. Neighbors we've met have been friendly and welcoming. I hope to be here for a while! Excellent Management

I liked living at Villages at Gateway. My apartment was modern and updated. I especially loved the management. I worked ... with Allen for the past 2 years and he just excels at his job. Quiet Family Community

This is an excellent community for families with pets. There is a large fenced in dog park, sidewalks for walking, on-site ... police presence, 24 hour gym, pool, online payment portal with no additional fees, 3 minutes drive off from the interstate I-30, and the staff is extremely professional and responsive in regards to repairs. Guest parking is a little tight, as the roads are narrow. Overall, this is the most pleasant experience I’ve had as a renter in central Arkansas.
